Wynn Resorts Macau, is a premiere destination casino resort featuring 600 deluxe hotel rooms and suites; 110,000 square feet of casino gaming space; and world-class casual and fine dining in four restaurants; among other luxurious amenities. Chef Nicholas Shadbolt joined the property in October 2006. As the Chef de Cuisine of the property's Main Kitchen, he is responsible for banqueting and production for all outlets—writing of banquet menus, costing, hygiene and training of employees, purchasing of new kitchens equipment, and laying out critical paths for planning, training, and employee budgets. |
